Hi! I’m Phyanna Trujillo, a licensed Registered Nurse and the proud owner of State 48 Injector. I specialize in full facial balancing using Tox, Filler, Microneedling, and medical-grade skincare treatments, and have been practicing in aesthetic medicine since 2021.

Before entering the world of aesthetics, I worked in Emergency Room and Urgent Care nursing, where I built a strong clinical foundation and a deep appreciation for patient care. That experience continues to shape the way I approach cosmetic treatments—with safety, precision, and empathy.

What truly sets me apart is my mobile concierge service, bringing personalized aesthetic care directly to your door across Maricopa, Pinal, and Pima counties in Arizona. Every visit includes a one-on-one consultation where I take time to listen to your goals, concerns, and any fears you may have. I never upsell or pressure clients—I believe in working within your beauty budget to create results that feel both achievable and empowering.

When I’m not helping my clients glow, you’ll find me soaking up the Arizona sun—swimming, paddleboarding, or hiking with friends and family. I'm also a proud mom to a college-aged son studying to become an electrician—any time I get with him is the best gift. Oh, and I’m a total foodie!
